Acer Aspire XC102 Tower - AMD Ryzen™ 5, 512GB SSD, 8 GB RAM - Black, Black

If your household computer is starting to creak, this Acer Aspire XC102 desktop PC is a straightforward swap. It's built around an AMD Ryzen 5 processor, which pairs 8GB of RAM with a 512GB SSD so your files, photos and everyday apps open without the wait you'd get from an older hard drive. Because the SSD has no moving parts to spin up, boot times stay short even after months of use.

The tower itself is slim, so it'll sit happily on a desk without hogging space, or tuck neatly beside your monitor. It's a sensible fit for homework, home office admin and catching up on streaming, and if you're setting up your first desk at home, it's easy to live with.
